When I try to post a smiley in the chat room, all I get is a box , ie, [], have checked settings, need help. Now running AOL 9.0 SE and BPS 12.0.37.
Can you please help. I did not have this problem on AOL 8.0 and BPS 11.0.37.

Cygen2@aol.com When you are in a Chat room.....click on the AOL Icon in the upper left hand corner of the Chat room.....then click on Chat Preferences....remove the Check from Display Smilies as Art. Now go to the bottom of your Chatroom and click on the yellow Smiley, Click on the top of that where it says Display smilies as Art, Then you will get a screen that says Enable Smiley Art in PowerChat View...click ok..and after that you should have your smiliey's back, please let us know if you still have a problem.
