Maybe nothing works for you. That is probably because you would rather place blame on the product (which I agree, is on a shortened life cycle) instead of trying to get support to get your issue resolved.

I wonder if there is someone that can help me retrieve my registration number for I.M.Frame. The serial number is 80111102982. My email address is marlin@cswnet.com
My computer crashed and I had to download the free version. I get a message to click for a new registration number, but the site takes me to a Chinese site and when I translate it, it says page not working. I would appreciate very much for any help anyone can give me.
