We have recently had our network serviced; as a result many programs have lost their passwords and registration numbers, I.M frame being one of them. I understand you guys have ceased operations, but could you please provide me with my registration number. I have been a user of your product for almost two years and require it for my job. thnx for your consideration in this matter

I would need the primary email address you used during the registration process.
Once I view and submit the request for your registration number, I'll remove it (your email address) from your post.

I'm sorry I forgot to mention, IM Frame also requires the "Serial" number on the About IM Frame screen.
I need this number so I can get the correct Registration Number for your machine.
I've already removed your email address and as soon as I get that serial number I'll send the email to get your registration number.

i haven't used power tools in a while and i have a new machine so i had to download power tools again, will it work after the trial period is up since i cant register my new screen name or can i use an old registration number to keep using power tools?
the last known power tools registration number i have is 133148193. but i don't remember the main screen name it was associated with. any help would be appreciated

Hoping you might have heard back in regards to my registration number, as I have been using the IM Frame trial version and today is day 20. Please let me know if you have received the information, as I am eager to restore my full version of IM frame. Thnx again

Please let me know the registration number, asap....I am not able to use the trial version any longer, and it is essential that I have IM frame for our day-to-day operations (I trade natural gas) also is there a number we can use for customer support service?

I'm sorry there is no number.
I do this as a volunteer service (I used to be a BPS Tech back in the day, now I just volunteer when I have free time).
I do apologize for the delay, I had an issue with my computer that required me to reformat my system.. big ordeal...

Don't know if you still patrol this board, and assist with technical issues, need help in uploading IM frame to new system. I ahave recently left the firm I was with and want to have my IM frame on the new system at my new shop. What do I need to do to upload the software. Thanks
