Sure! Could you also post your serial number for IM Frame?

It no longer registers based off your screen name (these change), now it's based off your hard drive serial number (which can change if you are using a new computer or had to reinstall Windows -- and I want to make certain the number I retrieve is correct for your system). If you look at the trial screen for IM Frame you'll see your serial number .

Once I receive that I'll submit to retrieve your registration number.
