Before posting a question, please browse our message boards to see if it has already been answered. If you cannot find a solution to your problem, please post a message by clicking the "New Thread" button in the appropriate board. Please do not click the "Reply" button in an existing thread started by another customer, as this gets very confusing for everybody to find answers to their own problem, and for us to reply them. Instead, we would appreciate if you start your own thread by clicking the "New Thread" button in the board related to your question.Note that the "New Thread" button is not visible if you are viewing an existing thread/topic. You need to go back to the board listing all the existing topics to view that button. You should use the "Reply" button only if you are replying to our team's comments/questions in your own thread, or if you are trying to help another customer in another thread. How To Start a New Thread:- 1. Click the board related to your question (for instance "Other PowerTools Features", or "Watch Right".)
- Do NOT click on any existing thread/topic posted by another customer!
- 2. Click the "New Thread" button. It's located near the top right of the board window, on the red bar.
- 3. Type a meaningful subject for your post, explain your problem, and post your BPS System Information.
Also, please note that we can only provide technical support for our own programs. Thank you.
