some tabbs are not blinking as message comes in

I just loaded up IMFrame on a pc.
Regularly, the tab will blink as a new message comes in.
One or two tabs do not blink at all.

I didn't do his AOL.

Well, it happened again today. (with the updated IMFrame)
I just updated his AOLIM but can't see how AOL's version of IM can cause this.?

AOL makes plenty of changes with each of it's latest software releases.
We always use the latest versions when we test our software. If we cannot duplicate the problem with the latest version we have users update.

I have a user reporting the same issue, using IM Frame 2.6.90 with AOL IM 5.5. Unfortunately, I cannot upgrade this user to any new software unless it is confirmed that it will fix the issue of non-blinking tabs. Below are his stats:

I have been trying to duplicate the problem of the blinking tabs on my own machine for the past week -- everytime I receive an IM the tabs blink.

IM Frame 2.6.98

I can't seem to locate the problem for this nor can I duplicate it!

.. Your user should update at least IM Frame they're using 2.6.90 (the latest is .98) -- it will clear up that ugly html error message that occured when the server we were using to display text data went offline.

I also have the same problem. If you want to dupliucate it you need to overload it. Get ims from 25 diff people have all tabs opened and then have a few of those people send you 5 ims in a day and it will happen. This is a serious issue and we use it as a corporate product. I would think you would be concerned with fixing it.

If you really care about your product, i invite you to come to my offfice and sit behind me and i will show you it happens all day.
