AOL and Yahoo are constanly disconnecting and reconnecting every 5 to 30 minutes. This is happening on Version IM Frame 2.6.87 and AIM Version 5.9.3861

IM Frame doesn't have anything to do with your connection to the internet. IM Frame is simply a localized program on your computer that enhances AIM. The only connection IM Frame has to the internet is to check for program updates/news.
Do you experience the same disconnect without IM Frame loaded? You should.
