Not Saving Properly New IM's/Nor Logs

Guys please let me know why my IM frame is not saving new IM's to my buddy list, I am constantly having to re-type them each day...and then they do not save in setup either.

Furthermore, I close all which should automatically save that days logs per active IM, but does not. I have used IM frame at my previous position and never encountered such problems...could youy please let me know what needs to be done as I use this device in my day to day business, and have enjoyed over the past year.

Please post your system information following these steps:

1. Click the Windows "Start" button.

2. Click on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.

3. Click on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.

4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.

5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)

6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.

7. Click the "Post Message" button.
