I have several users in our company who have received new machines - usually we send an email to ipgsupport@aol.com with information such as their screenname, email address, and current serial number - then they reply back with a new registration number. After I input the new registration number they are no longer on the trial membership. However for the last month I have had no replies to my request and my evaluation periods are about to end.
Also, if IMFRAME is no longer availalbe is there any other software comparable to what IMFRAME offered.

BPS Software closed on April 11, 2007. IPG had been contracted by BPS Software to handle registration questions/issues. They are no longer bound by a contract and will not offer any assistance.
I still volunteer for this site, but not as a representative of BPS.
On a user by user basis I can email the owner/programmer of BPS to see if he can verify the purchase of programs and offer replacement registrations.
No new registrations for the software will be available and no further updates will exist.
I do not know of any other software title comparable to IM Frame.

Matt,
I need you to give me your AOL Screen Name and the serial number of the program. You can obtain the serial number from the trial (count down) screen you see when you launch the program.
After I receive those, I'll work on trying to get your replacement number for you.

Jeromy,
I also had to reload Powertools after a computer crash. I believe the screen name I registered with is either Allen329 or ITTBOY. The serial number is 61450710.
Any help you can give in getting my registration number would be greatly appreciated.

Allen, could you repost this into the PowerTools for AOL > Other PowerTools Features boards instead of IM Frame (a completely seperate program). When doing so, also mention which version of PowerTools you're using, I need to know that information to get your registration number for you. Thanks!
