Tab not changing colors

When a new IM is received the tab changes to the color red to signify there is a waiting message for the tabbed IM. This feature works fine for everyone that IMs me except for one particular person. It will never turn red when I get an IM from them. Is there a setting to fix this?

There's no option in IM Frame to selectively block notifications for one particular buddy. I don't think AIM has any such option either (maybe Triton does, but I don't use it so I'm not sure.)

Also, note that the tabs are only supposed to flash red if they are not active. Whichever tab is the currently selected (active) tab will not flash when it receives a new IM.
