Windows Update Killing IM Frame

The most recent Microsoft updates seem to have really tarnished the way IM Frame operates. Many times it will not load and has a very hard time operating smoothly.

My latest Windows Version is 5.1.26.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Does IM Frame plan to release another version to overcome some of the new security thresholds that were integrated with the latest Microsoft updates?

What do you mean exactly by "a hard time operating smoothly"? What specific problems are you experiencing?

Also, could you please post your BPS System Information following these steps:

1. Click the Windows "Start" button.

2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.

3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.

4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.

5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)

6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.

7. Click the "Post Message" button.
