I had to strip my computer down and when I went back to redownload my IMFRAME I find it is no longer in existence. I have paid for the standard and others in the office have not had any issues with either version however I cannot get my IM frame back. Any suggestions?

Mark,
You would need to post the serial/hard drive number of your program here. We'll verify your purchase using our database and post your registration number here for you.

No idea where i would find the information your referring too. Any suggestions? All programs where wiped off the computer so if there is something u can suggest to help me find the information it would be appreciated. Also it was paid for by credit card isn't there a way to research the name on the card?
Thanks

Mark,
Just simply download and reinstall the program on the hard drive. It will show you the necessary information on the Trial-Registration Screen.
To be honest, I don't know. IPG was hired to handle our registrations for us. Now that we've closed, and obviously terminated our contract with IPG, I don't know how complete the database of purchases we received is.
I imagine your full name, zip code at the time of purchase, and the serial number would be sufficient.

When I downloaded the new program it simply asked for a new registration number, didn't have any info with it. Guess when they wiped my system they got rid of whatever information you thought should appear. Any other ideas or am I simply out of luck and pissing in the wind?

455370092 is my s# but I had to format my drive and reinstall the OS. I no longer have the order email with my original registration code.
I purchased the professional version using my company email address of phawkins@workingsol.com and registered it for PauLHawkins as the AIM screen name.
Can you help direct me to the correct resource to get a valid registration code for the license I have purchased?

Paul,
Can you confirm that, 455370092, is the current serial number for IM Frame? If so, I'll request a replacement number for you.

I can confirm that is my registration number. Thank you for your assistance.
We hate to see this product line go away and we hope it returns one day. It has been a great tool for our company to use over the past couple of years.
