keep getting this error in my IM Frame in the upper right box.....
What is this and how can it be fixed?

I receive the same message. IM Frame used to display a small web page in that window, it seems something has happened to that paritcular page.
We are looking into it, thanks for letting us know!
It won't enterfere with the usage of IM Frame.

It is a known issue and really doesn't have that much relavance to the overall functionality of IM Frame.
The window simply displays the most current version of the software.
I'll speak to the programmer to see if we can get the web url working again, or simply remove that panel.

Update: I've spoken to the programmer. We will have this fixed in the next release of IM Frame which should be available shortly. No exact release date.
