how can I supress upgrade pop up message?

???I install AOL Instant Messenger version 5.1.2600.1106, Then IM-Age version 4.1.12.3.

Then I install I.M. Frame 2.6.90.

Each time I launch I.M. Frame, I get an I.M. Frame message saying:
'Your version of AIM is not the most current version. This could result in IM Frame not being able to provide all its functionality. We strongly recommend that you upgrade your copy of AIM as soon as possible.
Would you like to do that now?
[YES] [NO]

I click NO.

My problem is that EVERYTIME after I exit I.M. Frame and then launch it again, I get this message.

Is there a setting somewhere I can change so that this message Never appears?
I need to install I.M. frame to other users machines and I do not want this message to appear for them.

The latest AIM version that is compatible with IM Frame is version 5.9.3861, which can be downloaded here. Try to download and install this version.

Note that the fact you are using another AIM addon on top of IM Frame may also interfere with the proper functioning of our program. For testing purposes, please only launch AIM and IM Frame, without IM-Age.
