I think the spyware may have fixed the problem. My only problem is the default picture is now the first picture that I tested. I can live with that, but if you can tell me how to change the default picture, I would appreciate it.
Please give me a couple days of using this before you consider this closed.

Todd, I was out of town on a business meeting and just noticed your last post.
Are you still having issues with getting IM Frame to show more than one picture?
To change images:
Launch IM Frame with AIM
Send an Instant Message to someone
Click on the "More" button to expand the IM Window
(If you see a "Less" button the IM Window is already expanded)
Click on the Image, this will open a window that will allow you to choose another "cartoon" image, or you can click on "Select Photo or Custom Image" button to select a file from your hard drive.
Let me know if you're able to change the images or not.
