Spellcheck mangles msgs containing double quotes

For numerous versions of AIM Frame, if you allow the spellchecker to actually change a message which contains double quotes ("), the checker will mangle the field corrected.

For example...

Original text:

Here is the "check box" on the registration form for the Youth Bureau:

I DO NOT give permission for the Youth Bureau to use photos/videos/name of my child to promote community awareness. (If not checked, it will be assued that you give permission for the usage.)

The spellchecker correctly spotted the misspelled "assumed" and altered the message to:

I guess no one else has mentioned this to you before, but it is a real nuisance.
