Right-click on the IM Frame icon on your Start bar > select IM Frame Options > click over to the Disclaimer tab.
Is "Use Disclaimer in new IMs" checked?
Also, make certain you're using the latest versions of IM Frame and AIM. To check, click on HELP within each program > Select "About IM Frame" or "About AIM".
I.M. Frame: 2.6.87 AIM: 5.9.3861
NOTE: I.M. Frame is not compatible with the new AIM Triton.

Please post the BPS System Information Report to these message boards.
Here are the directions:
Click on START > Point to All Programs > BPS Software > click on BPS System Info. Once this utility loads and fills with text, click on the "Copy to Clipboard" button. Return here and in your reply post, simply right-click and select Paste.

>:(The trial version doesn't have the disclaimer with new messages. But when I registered to the Standard, suddenly I get the disclaimer with each new message session and it won't allow me to de-select it unless I upgrade to the Pro version. This really sucks. I don't want to see this disclaimer at all.

I don't want to see this disclaimer at all. The trial version lets you use all the program's features without any limitations. Even though there is a $20 difference between the Standard and Pro versions, they both come with almost the same set of features. The main differences between the two being the disclaimer and some encryption features. With a price tag under $5, we think the Standard version is quite a bargain, as it appears to be adequate for the casual user. If you want to be able to remove the disclaimer though, you will need to upgrade to the Pro version.
