You seem to have an incomplete installation of the program (missing runtime files,) and you are also using an outdated version of IM Frame. The latest version is 2.6.87.

Please download and install the latest version over your current one -- this should fix the problem.

I am still having problems with IM frame. I have download the latest version and installed it, but still get the same error message. How can I fix this?

There are two things to note about your System Information Report.

1. You're using Microsofts AntiSpyware. This program is highly inaccurate and is probably blocking the installation of dwshk.36. I.M. Frame (and any other BPS Software products) do/does not contain Spyware. I personally don't use the "real-time" protection within MS's Antispyware program.
You can disable by click on Options > Settings > Real Time Protection. Uncheck the first two options and click on Save.

You should run a complete scan on your system, then remove any spyware found. Reinstall just I.M. Frame, then run another complete scan. Allow it to "Always Ignore" any items found during this second scan.

2. You also have DeadAIM installed, this program might enterfere with the normal operation of I.M. Frame once you get the Dwshk36.ocx error solved. DeadAIM offers logging and tabbed IMs and so does I.M. Frame. I'd suggest uninstalling DeadAIM if you plan on using I.M. Frame.
