Can't IM multiple people without error

IM Frame is being used with AIM. All Instant Messages are filtered thru a third party for archiving purposes then passed onto aol.com

When the user tries to send an IM to multiple people at once they receive an incomplete error on the screen like:

Are you experiencing the same problem when using AIM alone, and when using AIM with IM Frame, without the third-party filtering program? If not, then the problem is likely caused by the third-party program.

Also, please post your system information in this thread following these steps, so we can take a look at it.
