pop alert

Hal Guest	pop alert Aug 30, 2005 7:40:35 GMT -5 Select Post Deselect Post Link to Post Back to Top Post by Hal on Aug 30, 2005 7:40:35 GMT -5 can't seem to get pop alert to work when an IM comes in....i have checked and rechecked options/preferences and the appropriate boxes are checked....any suggestions?...i am missing IM"S coming in and driving clients crazy...help!
