You can check which versions/revisions you are using from the Help > About screens. If you are not using the latest versions, then click the links above to download them, then install them. If the problem persists after you have installed the latest version of I.M. Frame and AIM, we will need detailed information about your system specifications and running tasks in order to help you. Please explain the exact problem you are having, and also do the following to obtain your system info: 1. Click the Windows "Start" button. 2. Click on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system. 3. Click on the "BPS SoftWare" program group. 4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely. 5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.) 6. Click the "New Thread" button in this board (or the "Reply" button in your thread if you already have one open for your problem), right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post. 7. Click the "Post Message" button. -changed download link location
