I don't know who you emailed for support, or which number you've called. The only method to receive tech support is this forum.
You'll need to give a complete description of the problem you're having and which program you're using. Also, include the BPS System Information Report in your reply.
Directions to post the BPS System Information Report:[/u]
1. Click on START > Point to (All) Programs > BPS Software > BPS System Info.
2. Once this utility loads, and all fields fill with text, click on the "Copy to Clipboard" button.
3. In your reply message board post, simply Right-Click > Select "Paste"
