Not Logging IE7 Sessions

Watch Right is working for AIM logging, but not for IE7 sessions. I added Watch Right exclusions in my Symantec Antivirus program but still can't get it to log IE7 sessions, please help. Thank you.

Have you tried to reinstall Watch Right?
