Since my son downloaded the AIM 6 , watchright has not been working, what should I do?

WatchRight is not compatible with AIM 6.
You will need to get him to revert back to the older version of AIM to continue logging IM conversations.

I noticed that Jeromy wrote to me:

How do I get him to revert back and is their anyway I could do anothing to get something compatible with AIM 5?

AIM 6 is the version you're not able to log -- it is not compatible with Watch Right.
You would need to uninstall it, and have him start using AIM 5.9 again -- otherwise, Watch Right will not be able to log his conversations.

I can tell you the process of doing the uninstall of AIM 6 and the install of AIM 5.9, but how to ask him is a completely different issue.
Maybe tell him you liked the other one better?

If you go to the Windows Control Panel (START > Control Panel) look for the Add/Remove Programs icon. Double click on that icon. Double click on AIM 6 to start the uninstallation process. You can download and reinstall AIM 5.9 from here: www.aim.com/get_aim/win/other_win.adp |
