MyWebSearch is a Spyware program that has always interfered with the programs offered by BPS.

Install Ad-Aware by LavaSoft (its free) and allow it to scan your computer to remove all known Spyware.

Just following up, how did the scan with Ad-Aware turn out?

Are you able to use Watch Right now without any problems?

What a major mistake that was installing that Spyware you suggested, it totally screwed up my computer, for two days I was not able to get my computer to work, I had to uninstall it and now back to normal.

As for watchright, I've had this problem before and Carole was able to help without installing any new spyware programs. It seems that watchright works some days and some days not. As of yesterday eve it was working

I doubt installing Ad-Aware caused the problem.

Millions of users recommend that software, many of the users on this forum will agree.

Regardless, that program, MyWebSearch, is the culprit.
If it remains on your system, Watch Right will not work.

See if it is listed in the Add/Remove Programs applet.

But I highly recommend you find a Spyware remover.
