not recording my daughters im's

Watchright is not recording my daughters IM'S. It records mine or other people IMing but not hers. Here is my system can you please help. Thanks

When she chats, are you certain she's using AIM and not "AIM Express"?
AIM Express is a website that launches so you can use AIM on computers that don't allow the installation of the AIM software.
Watch Right cannot monitor this.

Is she using any other add-on programs when chatting on AIM?

Have you tried to 'Reset WatchRight'?

To Reset Watch Right*see note*:
Launch Watch Right.
Click on Options and choose Reset Watch Right.

(NOTE: You will lose any saved logs.. make certain you print anything you wish to keep)
