Help Please- not monitoring all instant messages

Please help. Watch Right will monitor a message I send from the old aim, but it is not monitoring any of the new aim 6.0 messages. I have copied my system info below, and have already reinstalled WR2002 twice now. I do have easy armor and spysweeper to allow watchright, do I don't think that this is the problem. I realize that the website is closed now, but your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Could you please check the exact version of AIM 6.0?

It is version 6.0.28.1
I think this is the same version she had installed, and the monitoring was working until the other day, but I am not sure. I had reinstalled WR yesterday, and it still is not monitoring. Please help.

Have you already allowed WatchRight within Spysweeper?

Details: Check your AntiSpyware Programs

Did you also try "Reseting WatchRight"?
Launch the access panel, click on HELP > Reset Watch Right.

NOTE: You will lose any saved logs, so make certain you print out anything you want to retain.

I reset Watch right, and it is monitoring messages again. It is unfortunate that when you do this you lose all the logs that are in there, but it did work. Posting this just in case someone else has the same problem. Watch right still does not monitor internet explorer sessions, but it never has and I don't know why.
