Watchright not monitoring everything Help

Please help. Watchright seemed to be working monitoring IM's until my daughter installed a new version of AIM she had version 5, and installed version 6.0. It recorded only a few of the Im's received. Also, I have never been able to get it to record IE sessions, or email sent and received. It was not an issue before, but now I would like to get that to work also since I seem to need help now anyway. Her computer uses IE6. We have ez armor installed, and spysweeper. Spysweeper has been instructed to ignore WR. I am pasting system info below. I hope that is what you needed. I defragmented the hard drive today prior to this report.

This is not an error message I've seen before.
Let me ask the programmer what this means.

I rebooted the computer, and it seems to be monitoring only IM's again. It monitors them different now. It seems to find old IM's from people and add new IM's from the same person. In other words if this makes sense an IM from 1-20-07 will be listed again as 1-21-07 and the same IM listed as 1-22-07 but with one line of text added to each one. It still does not monitor IE sessions. Please advise.

Rebooting was a good idea. This is exactly what the programmer said:

This usually indicates a reboot is necessary. I have tested WR with AIM 6.0 and everything seems to work fine. Make sure they do a reboot and if problem persists, have them Reset Watch Right from the Options menu.

To Reset Watch Right*see note*:
Launch Watch Right.
Click on Options and choose Reset Watch Right.

(NOTE: You will lose any saved logs.. make certain you print anything you wish to keep)
