monitoring component not found

I have installed watch right for the third time now and have paid for it. I click on the enable monitoring system and when I exit this statement appears:
WR monitoring component not found
This component is needed in order to monitor your child's activities. To correct this problem you will need to reinstall WR. To do this, click the Ok button below to navigate to the WR download web page where you can redownload and reinstall WR. How many times am I going to have to do this?? This is why months ago, I gave up trying to figure out a way to make it work. I used this message board and never found a soluntion.

Many Antivirus/Spyware programs list WatchRight as a malicious file because of it's invisible logging ability. You're receiving this error message because another program (Spyware or Virus software) is preventing -- actually, in your case, removing, a component of WatchRight.

You'll need to open your Virus/Spyware program and simply tell it to "Always Allow" Watch Right. This will prevent it from being deleted off your computer in the future.
