watchright not recording

Hi- I had a problem with watchright I removed the program you said. It worked for a while but no longer. I am not sure if my kids are downloading something that causes this not to work. Please tell me how to give you the program list again and thanks for your help.

Please post your BPS system information following these steps:

1. Click the Windows "Start" button.

2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.

3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.

4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.

5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)

6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.

7. Click the "Post Message" button.

It does look like there might be some questionable files on your system.

I'd download Lavasoft's Ad-Aware program, a free and very accurate Spyware detection and removal program. Allow it to scan your hard drive and remove any items found - if Lavasoft asks you if you wish to allow it to run the next time your computer restarts, click on "Yes".
Restart your computer and see if you continue to have problems with WatchRight.
