watch right not monitoring properly

>:(I have been having problems with the watch right ever since i installed the latest verion IE. I used to be able to see all the sites visited on aol and IE and now i see nothing. The only thing i can monitor is IMs and emails. There is a problem with the emails though. I can't see who they are from they either say they are recieved from the screen name you are monitoring ( your own screenname) or from the following ta lsland ][XMLid which is not an email address or it will say from an other email address that is in your address book but it is not the address who sent the email. Also a sent email it say it was sent to you screename or to this ta lsland ][XMLid . which is wrong too. I am very disappointed with this program right now it was working fine but it a waste of space right now cause it is not working properly. I have reset the program i have deleted it and reinstalled it. Nothing is working. Could you please help me fix the problem so it will work properly???

I'm using the latest version of IE and WR and I've not seen those names appear.

Do you know which service your child is using when those names appear? AOL or AIM?

Your version of AOL appears to be newer than mine, but I'm using the one from Keyword: UPGRADE (where AOL houses the most stable version).. where is your version from?

i have uninstalled AOL (which that is how we check our mail and use for im i have been monitoring my own screen name and these are the problems that have been occurring so i know i am using it right for what is suppose to be monitored) and now I am just using IE and still none of the websites visited have been monitored. I am very disappointed in this program i used it for months and it worked fine and now the only thing that it monitors is ims. This program is now useless and i would not recommend it to anyone. For about 2 months i have asked for help and no one is able to correct the problem. And what i have seen from other posts on this message board it is happening to other people too. I will now be looking for another program cause this one is no good is was a waste of money

Are you using any browser add-ons?

I've been using WatchRight on my Windows XP machine for a while now and I'm able to monitor IE 7, AOL 9.0, and AIM Triton without any problems.

Do you have Lavasoft's Ad-Aware program installed? If not, download it and allow it to scan your computer for known Spyware files. If any are found, allow Ad-Aware to remove them. This program is very safe and accurate. It's free and all of the BPS Techs use it on their own computer. Details: How to remove Spyware from your System
