No Logs to see on trial days

Hi, I have a trial account and I am waiting to see any activity from the screen name I entered and I haven't gotten any logs. I know my son has been on aol and internet explorer. Can you please tell me how to get the logs to start. I've read a lot of the help questions and explanations, but to no avail.

Please post your BPS system information following these steps:

1. Click the Windows "Start" button.

2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.

3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.

4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.

5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)

6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.

7. Click the "Post Message" button.

It appears that an antivirus or antispyware program is preventing Watch Right from running (wrexec.exe is the main logging component and should always be listed in the running processes list -- and yours is not).
These companies unintentionally block Watch Right because they don't understand the motive behind our application -- to give parents the ability to monitor their childrens online activity.

Simply look through your Antivirus or Antispyware programs and make certain they are not blocking "Watch Right".
