You need to post this message under SUPPORT at bpssoft.com. I do not believe the trial period can be reset. However, they know best -----Original Message----- From: @aol.com To: IPGSupport@aol.com Sent: Thu, 30 Nov 2006 1:35 PM Subject: (no subject)
back in march of this year when i bought a new computer, i downloaded the free trial of watch right to monitor my daughter since we would now be using a broadband connection. unfortunately, i was not able to set up a screen name for her under my aol account due to a problem with the aol server. so the free trial expired before i could test your software. i still can't set up additional names on my account, but that didn't stop her from figuring out how to get around anyway. therefore, since my attempts to use parental controls and google desktop have been thwarted, i decided to try watch right again. however, when i downloaded it today, it said my trial has expired. can you please allow me the opportunity to evaluate your product against her web activities to see if it will monitor her very stealthy internet traffic? i would really appreciate it. celia

Unfortunately there is no way to "reset" the trial period. Once WatchRight has been installed on a computer you only have a set number of days to try the product as a trial.
