Watchright monitors AOL accts but not AIM accts

Watchright monitors IMs for AOL accounts but does not monitor for IM accounts, can you help?

Your system information indicates that you have My Web Search installed on your computer. This is a known spyware program which has caused problems with our (and other) software before. Please go to the Windows Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > and double-click on the entry named: Smiley Central or MyWebSearch to uninstall this program.

Also, make sure to set ALL the antivirus and antispyware programs you use to always allow or ignore Watch Right.

If you are still experiencing problems after doing all the above, please post your updated system information using the BPS System Info tool again so we can look further into it.
