when I kids are on AIM (not triton) I can only get Instant Messaging correct on AIM they cant get to the internet or mail or chat rooms??? Sorry, I'm not sure I understand your question. Watch Right can only log AOL IMs and AIM IMs (version 5.9 and Triton). It will not work to log AIM Express or any browser-based IMs, mail or chat rooms. If what I said above did not answer your question, please be more specific and also post your BPS system information following these steps: 1. Click the Windows "Start" button. 2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system. 3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group. 4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely. 5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.) 6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post. 7. Click the "Post Message" button.

my kids sign on via AOL instant messenger or through AOL.com they do not sign on through the normal AOL 9.0 program. So when I use watchright I see there are no emails, chatrooms, or internet logging noted only IM's. Will watchright only log certain items based on how my kids log on to AOL?

Watch Right will monitor the following:
AOL Application: IMs, Emails, Chat rooms, and Message Boards AIM Application: IMs (Watch Right cannot monitor AIM Express -- a web-based AIM version) IE: Web-browsing (this does not include any web-based email forum, or places like MySpace -- that require a user ID and Password)
If your kids are using IE to check their email, then Watch Right cannot monitor that. If they use the AOL application to check their email, then Watch Right will monitor.
I hope this helps clarify.
