watch right and all access just dissappeared from the computer ans i cant access it

Has the BPS SoftWare program group in your Windows Start menu disappeared also? If not, you should be able to launch it from there. Also, did you look on your hard disk to see if the files were still there? (in \Program Files\BPS SoftWare\Watch Right by default.)
If you use any antivirus or antispyware programs, make sure to set them all to always allow or ignore Watch Right, then re-install it.

IPG Support are the only ones who can verify and give you your registrations number. What do you mean by "I can't get through to IPG Support"?
Note that IPG Sales can take between 3 to 5 business days to reply (that's counting Monday through Friday only.)
Also make sure your mail settings do not block IPG from sending you emails, and that a possible reply from them doesn't get placed in your junk mail folder.

hi i reinstalledand waiting for reg but it starting to disappear again now theres no short cut and i cant get into the program and probably tommoroow the folder will be empth whats up bruce

If not, it is necessary that you do it, and then reinstall Watch Right -- otherwise Watch Right will keep malfunctioning or disappearing. Many antivirus/antispyware programs falsely identity Watch Right as a threat and will either block it or delete it, unless you set those programs to always allow or ignore Watch Right. Note that this problem could also be caused by a virus or spyware on your computer. Make sure to scan your computer with an up-to-date antivirus and antispyware program prior to reinstalling Watch right. If you are still having problems after you follow all the steps above, please tell us exactly what you did and post your BPS System Information following these steps: 1. Click the Windows "Start" button. 2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system. 3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group. 4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely. 5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.) 6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post. 7. Click the "Post Message" button.

hi i received my reg number but when i try to put it in it says its invalid what next Make sure to type the registration number into Watch Right, as opposed to copy/pasting it. Sometimes, pasting the number doesn't work. Also, are you sure you gave IPG Sales the correct serial number for Watch Right as currently installed on your computer? IPG cannot give a valid registration number without that information. The serial number can be found in the Watch Right "About" screen (Help > About Watch Right.) If typing the number into Watch Right didn't work, you will need to contact IPG Sales again, as they are the only ones who can verify and issue registration numbers.

I did the trail use of the power tools, and found it very good for certain issues, but I can't see to register now, and I dont know what to do, can someone please help me, I have written several times for help and still I have gotten on reply at all,,

Are you talking about Watch Right (which is what this particular section of our board is for) or PowerTools?
Who have you contacted? How have you tried to purchase the program?
