Your system information indicates that you have My Web Search installed on your computer. This is a known spyware program which has caused problems with our (and other) software before. Please go to the Windows Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > and double-click on the entry named: Smiley Central or MyWebSearch to uninstall this program.

Also make sure to set ALL the antivirus and antispyware programs you might use to always allow or ignore Watch Right. Once this is done, re-install Watch Right.

If you are still experiencing problems after doing all the above, please post your updated system information using the BPS System Info tool again so we can look further into it.
