multile problems

I am having multiple problems; 1. watch right consistently becomes inactive and I cannot even locate the program. 2. when it is installed, it does not monitor internet browser. 3. I must continually reinstall watch right which is becoming very annoying. 4. There are times when after reinstalling and is active, it does go for days at times without monitoring AIM at all when I know my children have been on IM.

It seems that one of your antivirus and/or antispyware programs are blocking Watch Right. Many of them misidentify Watch Right as a threat because of its logging ability.

You will need to set any antivirus and antispyware programs you might use to always allow or ignore Watch Right. Once this is done, reinstall Watch Right.

I am trying to reinstall watch right and am unnsuccesful. I continue to get internet explorer error. What's up?

Did you set all your antivirus/antispyware programs to allow Watch Right first? Try desactivating all your antivirus and antispyware when reinstalling. But if those programs are not set to allow it, the problem will re-occur.

The problem in reinstalling is not on my end, it is linked to watch right's site. Simply trying to link on to a download I receive the message, internet explorer error. I even used a link provided through a post from someone with the same problem- still I received the same message. Right now I have no way of reinstalling watch right.
