I used the 10 day trial period then paid and cannot get into program. I have reinstalled and only see the Watch Right Atomic clock window. I've tried my password and user name to no avail...

Am able to enter Access Panel but having problem monitoring anything currently...only browser session entered during the trial period and no IM.

I use Avast! 4.7 antivirus software but only periodically do scans, not continuously. Does this interfere with monitoring. How would I turn this off to monitoring Watch Right anyway? I use Earthlink's spamblocker would this have any effect?

Read the article here about Spyware/Antivirus Programs. Make certain they are not blocking you from using Watch Right. I don't use either of the two programs you mentioned so you'll need to refer to their Support team or built in help guide for more details. Reinstall Watch Right as well -- if your Antivirus/Spyware program did quarantine our software, reinstalling will put the missing files back on your system.
