I see in your system information that you're using Norton Antivirus, which mistakingly identifies Watch Right as spyware. You need to set Norton Antivirus (as well as any other antivirus and antispyware programs you might use) to always allow or ignore Watch Right. Once this is done, reinstall Watch Right.
