When i go on to watchright, it is set to disable. When i reset it to monitor all and then try to exit, a box comes up telling me that the monitoring component is not found and is needed to monitor childrens activity. It goes on to tell me to download and reinstall. I have now done this a number of times and there has been no change. HELP!

The problem you describe is typical of an antivirus and/or antispyware program misidentifying Watch Right as spyware and preventing it from functioning properly.
Make sure to set all antivirus and antispyware programs you might use to always allow or ignore Watch Right. Once this is done, reinstall Watch Right.
If you are still experiencing problems after following the steps above, please post your BPS system information following these steps:
1. Click the Windows "Start" button.
2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.
3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.
4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.
5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)
6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.
7. Click the "Post Message" button.
