screen names are not being saved

I installed trial and have watch right on computer. I can get on, put in password and see screen. when I click either add screen names and add names, or monitor all, I never see any action.

If I close and reopen, there are no saved names there. Please help.

Do you mean the conversations for the selected screen names are not being logged, or that the names are not being added to the list you want to monitor?

Please post your BPS system information following these steps:

1. Click the Windows "Start" button.

2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.

3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.

4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.

5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)

6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.

7. Click the "Post Message" button.
