Hi I cannnot delete the logs it does go to 0 but when I close and reopen the same messages are still there. Also, not logging everything.

Could you try to complete a simple reset?
Launch Watch Right, log in using your password or registration number, click on Options > Reset Watch Right.
NOTE: You will lose any saved logs!
If that doesn't solve your logging issue, please describe the exact problem and post the following report:
Directions to post the BPS System Information Report:[/u]
1. Click on START > Point to (All) Programs > BPS Software > BPS System Info.
2. Once this utility loads, and all fields fill with text, click on the "Copy to Clipboard" button.
3. In your reply message board post, simply Right-Click > Select "Paste"
