never had a problem with my free trial now i purchased it and i cant get it to record and i keep downloading the new version ...dont know what i got going on but it wont record either..keeps going to the free trial expired page and i have to keep entering my registration number....i cant even find it on my programs to delete it so i can just remove all of it and start over....dont know what to do.... The problem is due to Norton Antivirus, which mistakingly identifies Watch Right as spyware and deletes some of its necessary components.

You will need to set Norton Antivirus to allow or ignore Watch Right. Once this is done, reinstall Watch Right (make sure to disable monitoring and close WR completely before reinstalling it.)
