Not recording mail or web actions

I understand that watchright will not log mail recieved or sent if using aim mail and such. Is there a way to block out this usage of aim of any type so they are forced to use regular aol mail??

Also it is not logging any web usage and I know its being used what might be wrong??

Lastly, is there any rpoduct out there that monitors My Space usasge??

Watch Right can only monitor the AOL web browser or Internet Explorer sessions. If you're using any other web browser, Watch Right will not be able to monitor them.

If you are indeed using the AOL web browser or Internet Explorer 6 or above, then please post your system information so we can take a look at what may prevent it from logging.
