I am very frustrated with this program first the program would not accept the the registration number for 2 days finally they sent me another one and now it is accepted but now when i try to enable watch right to monitor it says that watch right component is missing that i have to re-download the program i have done it at least 4 times as per their instructions and it still does not work. I have sent several emails and spent several hours of frustration and waiting for responses and no help. after 4 days of email they told me to come to here and post a message. I had purchased this program for another computer 4 years ago and had no problems i am losing my mind. can anyone tell me how to get this program to work it still says that the watch right component is missing after re-downloading it several time SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!! I have allowed it with the AOL security even turn off aol security while downloading and if i go to start all program and click on bps software as reported in other posts it does nothing, it is like it is not there so if you tell me to copy to clipboard is will not do it all i can do is put my password in and see all the screen names come up but says i can't monitor

It sounds as if there is another piece of software that is removing components of WatchRight. McAfee for instance considers WatchRight spyware because of it's tracking/loggin ability. Most companies don't realize that WatchRight is installed by the user because they want to monitor someone's activities.
Which anti-spyware programs do you use? Which antivirus program do you use?
Also, did you configure AOL Safety and Security to always ignore WatchRight? Use these directions:
1. Open AOL Safety and Security 2. Click on the arrow next to "Spyware Protection" This should display links titled: Allowed Items / Blocked Items 3. Click on "Blocked Items" 4. Locate "WatchRight" in this list, click on the scan date and click on "Restore". -- The next time you run a scan make certain you place "WatchRight" on the Allow button, then select Apply. To confirm this selection, click on the "Allowed Items" link -- WatchRight should be listed.
--> Disable all antivirus and spyware programs (ctrl+alt+del and end task on these items). Download WatchRight. Reinstall WatchRight, then provide the following:
