Watch right not recording email messages

Watch Right will record AIM fine but shows no activity for emails. I know it is being used, but it says "0" for sent and read emails.

I just found out why emails won't record on another thread (which I missed before.) Apparently WR only works with actual AOL, not the aim aol mail.

Maybe that should have been clarified in the "products" page. I wouldn't have signed up if I knew this were the case because the features I thought I was buying can't be accessed.

From the BPS Software home page:

With Watch Right, you can monitor:

AOL Chatroom conversations.
AOL Instant Message conversations.
Read and Sent AOL Email.

To parents whose kids are using AOL Instant Messenger and AOL AIM mail, the mail program is different than true AOL mail and therefore Watch Right doesn't record anything. BPS Software and Watch Right should clarify this in the home page. It's deceiving.

All our programs are shareware though, which means "Try Before You Buy". People usually try the program during the free trial period, and only purchase it if they're satisfied with the way it works.

Watch Right can only monitor AOL mail, which is what is specified on our product page -- this also means it does not monitor any other type of mail. I don't think it's deceiving at all, especially when you're free to try the program before buying it.
