watch right not recording

Watch Right has stopped recording information. I downloaded the latest version and it still is not recording anything. The last month or so everytime after I enter my password I get a little screen that says Window Installer and it says please wait while windows configures record now, then I get an error saying the feature I am trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable and asks me to locate an alternate source. once I cancel that it tells me that the installation package for record now cannot be found.

The error message you are receiving indicates that another program is not completely installed. If you click on the "BROWSE" button of that error message, can you tell me which file (or program) it is searching for?

I had a similar problem on my computer, it was searching for "iTunes.msi" -- the installer for iTunes.

I'd also suggest that you disable a handful of programs that are loading with Windows.

Disable Unnecessary Startup Programs:

• Click on START
  
• Click on RUN
  
• Type in MSCONFiG and hit Enter
  
• Click over to the Startup tab
  
• Remove the checkmarks next to the following items:
