extremely frustrated

I have been trying to use this software for quite sometime. Needless to say, I find it very frustrating and not user friendly.

These are the problems:

- It rarely/sporadically records conversations
- Most times when it does record, it somehow logs under one screen name, but actually records the conversation of another screen name, very disturbing when trying to follow a consveration.

I have attempted to post questions for help in the past (having to log on to AOL message boards). We rarely use AOL so this is time consuming. Hopefully this will be the last time I have to attempt to get this software to work.

PS I have confirmed that my norton does allow WR. Please, Please, Please, I am begging you to get this software running correctly once and for all~

Form you system information, I see there are several system files needed for Watch Right to run properly missing from your installation. This means another program installed on your computer (it could be an antivirus, antispyware, or actual virus or spyware) is blocking or deleting those necessary files.

I see you're also using Microsoft Antispyware. Make sure you set it to allow Watch Right as well. If you have any other scanning programs installed on your computer, do the same with them. You may have to reinstall Watch Right once all scanning programs have been set to allow it to run.

I would also recommend you scan your system with Lavasoft's Ad-Aware, which is an excellent and free antispyware program which does not interfere with Watch Right.
