Watch Right

I have been having a problem with my software not logging IM's, etc. and tonight when I went to go into the Watch Right program, the screen came up as if I was just trying it for a 10 day trial period and wanted my registration number, etc.

Why would this be happening, and in case you want to know . . . I don't remember my registration number. I've been using this program for quite awhile now!

Please get back to me ASAP !!!!

Have you recently made any changes to your computer (reinstalled Windows, updated Windows, adding a new Hard Drive, etc...)?

From the report you posted it looks as if Watch Right isn't even installed.

Restart your computer, then post another report for us.

Obtaining your registration number just requires that you send [e-mail] and email address requesting your Watch Right registration number.

In your email, explain that your program is no longer registered. Include your first and last name, and also the serial number from Watch Right.
Launch Watch Right, Click on HELP > About. The serial number is listed on this screen.
